Where do you provide treatment?
We provide virtual telemedicine consultations for patients located in California, Florida and Georgia. If an appointment is accidentally booked by a patient residing outside of these states, it will be canceled and the fee will be fully refunded.
What kinds of conditions do you treat?
Dr. Sana G. provides virtual evaluations for non-emergency conditions such as colds, flu, sinus infections, allergies and rashes. We also offer prescription refills, mental health support and chronic care management.
What if I have a medical emergency?
Pacific Family Clinic provides care for non-emergency conditions only. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, dial 911 or visit your nearest emergency room immediately.
How much does a visit cost, and how do I pay?
The virtual consultation fee is $99 USD per visit. Payment is collected securely online at the time you book your appointment slot.
What is your cancellation policy?
Appointments canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for a full refund. Because your time slot is reserved exclusively for you, appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, and no-shows, are non-refundable.
How do I join my visit?
After booking, you’ll receive a secure, private link to join your virtual visit by video. Just open it at your appointment time from a phone, tablet or computer.
