Where do you provide treatment?

We provide virtual telemedicine consultations for patients located in California, Florida, and Georgia. If an appointment is accidentally booked by a patient residing outside of these states, the appointment will be canceled and the fee will be fully refunded.

What kind of conditions do you treat?

Dr. Sana G. provides virtual evaluations for non-emergency conditions such as colds, flu, sinus infections, allergies, and rashes. We also offer services for prescription refills, mental health support, and chronic care management.

What if I experience a medical emergency?

Pacific Family Clinic provides care for non-emergency conditions. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please dial 911 or visit your nearest emergency room immediately.

How much does a visit cost and how do I pay?

Our virtual consultation fee is $99 USD per visit. Payment of the $99 USD consultation fee is collected securely online at the time you book your appointment slot.

What is your cancellation policy?

Appointments canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for a full refund. Because your time slot is reserved exclusively for you, appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance, or missed appointments (no-shows), are strictly non-refundable.
