We believe in straightforward, accessible healthcare with no hidden surprises.

• What is Included: This flat fee covers your comprehensive virtual evaluation with Dr. Sana G.
• What is Not Included: Any required lab tests or prescription medications fulfilled at your local pharmacy are billed separately by those facilities.
• Payment Process: Payment of the $99 USD consultation fee is collected securely online at the time you book your appointment slot.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations: We understand that plans change. Appointments canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for a full refund.
• Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Because your time slot is reserved exclusively for you, appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance, or missed appointments (no-shows), are strictly non-refundable.
• Technical Difficulties: If a virtual consultation cannot be completed due to technical outages on our platform’s end, a full refund or a free rescheduled appointment will be provided.
• Service Area Restrictions: We provide virtual telemedicine consultations for patients located in California, Florida, and Georgia. If an appointment is accidentally booked by a patient residing outside of these states, the appointment will be canceled and the fee will be fully refunded.
