Payment & insurance
Payment: the $99 consultation fee is collected securely online when you book your appointment slot.
Insurance: this is a self-pay service.
Refund & cancellation policy.
Cancellations
Plans change. Appointments canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for a full refund.
Late cancellations & no-shows
Your time slot is reserved exclusively for you, so appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance, or missed appointments, are non-refundable.
Technical difficulties
If a consultation cannot be completed because of an outage on our platform’s end, you will receive a full refund or a free rescheduled appointment.
Service area restrictions
We provide telemedicine consultations only for patients located in California, Florida and Georgia. If an appointment is booked by a patient outside these states, it will be canceled and the fee fully refunded.
When will my refund arrive? Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

How do I prepare for my visit?
Find a quiet, private place with a stable internet connection. Have your medication list and any recent lab results handy.
How do prescriptions reach my pharmacy?
If a prescription is appropriate, Dr. Gulraiz sends it electronically to the pharmacy you choose. The pharmacy bills you directly.
